PASTOR JIM BUCKLEY. Kelley Baptist Church was established in 1879. It functioned as a church and a school until 1941. The church's doors have been open at various times since then. Kelley Baptist reopened in 1992 and the doors have been wide open since then to minister unselfishly to persons in the community in Jesus’ name. Our purpose is to be Christ like in our daily living by totally committing our lives, our personalities and our possessions to the lordship of Jesus Christ.
