Ash Grove Healthcare Facility, Medicare and Medicaid certified, is part of a newly constructed healthcare complex consisting of a physician clinic, spacious senior living apartments with private bathrooms, a 82-bed long-term skilled nursing care facility, as well as a special care unit specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia.
